For a monthly fee of only $150, virtual clients receive a weekly phone call to discuss that week's routine and the previous week's workouts. Text and email support are available as needed. All exercises are demonstrated on YouTube videos on my channel Westfold Health and Fitness. All clients also get access to my private Facebook fitness group where we help motivate each other, hold each other accountable and I post extra fitness tidbits and recipes.

I'm now offering small group fitness of two to three people! We have an all new updated and larger space with more equipment. It is still completely private, but now with room for two to three people to train at once. Some are intimidated to go to a gym full of people but still not comfortable coming on their own. Now you can bring a friend and train together. The new pricing is $30 per person for two people for one hour or three people for one and a half hours.
